The Perfect Mocha Sauce
I’m in love with dark choclate and sea salt and 2oz of this to make a 12oz mocha or drizzle on top of ice cream.
1/2 cup of Guittard Chocolates cocoa rouge powder
1 cup sugar
1/8 tsp Jacobsens flaked sea salt
4oz of cold water
Whisk these together in a small saucepan and heat over medium until boiling then reduce to a simmer for 1 min and remove from heat.
Add 1 1/2 tsp of Singing Dog Vanilla bean paste
Add 2oz to your latté recipe and enjoy! I like adding a little more salt on top.
You now have the perfect chocolate syrup!
